DOCK SYSTEMS—STANDARD & CUSTOM SIZES
We offer premier aluminum dock frames as well as aluminum dock kits. You won’t find a better dock frame anywhere! And, our one-piece aluminum frame is easy to transport in and out of the water.
Our frame utilizes a box-style extrusion so that we can weld around the ENTIRE corner of the frame. We use two stringers to reduce deck bounce and increase strength. We also add a cross piece to increase stability and ensure dimensional uniformity.
We stock standard sizes of dock frames, and we custom-build aluminum frames to your desired length & width.
MANUFACTURED IN NEW HAMPSHIRE & MINNESOTA
Our NH foundry, Patriot Foundry & Castings, and MN foundry, Ermak Foundry & Machining manufactures RDS dock hardware and dock frames. We use marine-grade 535 aluminum alloy in our dock components, allowing us to over-engineer our dock products while still providing less expensive solutions—giving you the best price/performance solution on the market.

DOCK DECKING
Our rugged, lightweight aluminum frames accept different decking materials, including western red cedar, Brazilian hardwoods, SureStep™, composites, vinyl, and no-maintenance aluminum. RDS aluminum frames are available with or without decking.

Measuring Water Depth
The type of dock design and dock hardware you need depends on the water depth, lake bed, and general water conditions at your dock location. Measure the distance to the lake floor every 10 feet out that your dock will exist.
