Custom Castings

Need a part we don't list? We'll cast it.

RDS hardware comes out of CaneKast's own foundries, so we can make more than what's in the catalog:

• Discontinued dock hardware from other brands, cast from your sample or drawing
• Modified versions of RDS parts: different hole patterns, sizes or mounting
• Marine and outdoor castings for dock builders and OEMs, from prototypes to production runs

How it works

1. Send a drawing, a sample part or photos with measurements.
2. We confirm the alloy, the tooling and a price.
3. We cast, machine if needed, inspect, and ship.

Castings are poured in aluminum at our ISO 9001:2015-certified Patriot foundry. Larger industrial work is handled by our sister foundries.
