Terms of service
These terms apply to orders placed on rdsdockhardware.com with RDS Dock Hardware ("RDS," "we").
Orders and pricing.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping and you can confirm or cancel.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a part can't be produced, and we'll refund any payment in full.
Payment.
- We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.
- Approved trade accounts may receive invoice terms; the first trade order is prepaid.
Sales tax. We collect sales tax where the law requires it, based on the shipping address. Tax-exempt buyers can send their exemption certificate to sales@rdsdockhardware.com before ordering.
Product use.
- Our hardware is sold for building and repairing docks.
- You're responsible for choosing the right parts for your site, installing them correctly, and getting any permits your waterway or municipality requires.
- Product pages and articles are general guidance, not engineering advice for a specific dock.
Returns. See our return and refund policy.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the products involved. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
