Shipping policy
Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States. We don't offer local pickup; every order ships.
Where orders ship from. Our hardware is cast in our ISO 9001:2015-certified Patriot foundry and ships from our facility in Clinton, South Carolina.
When your order ships.
- Stocked parts ship within 1 to 2 business days. This covers our most popular brackets, bases and swivels.
- Cast-to-order parts take longer. Each product page shows which kind it is and the expected lead time.
- Orders mixing both kinds ship together when everything is ready, unless you ask us to split them.
Shipping cost. Parcel orders ship by UPS. The rate is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order.
Pipe, dock frames and other large items ship by freight and are quoted separately. Use our quote request or call (864) 960-8280, and we'll send a delivered price before you commit.
Tracking. You'll get an email with a UPS tracking number when your order ships.
Damage in transit. Check your shipment on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, see our return and refund policy: report it within 5 business days with photos and we'll make it right.
Contractor and dealer orders. Trade customers buying in quantity can apply for trade pricing and terms; large orders may ship directly by freight.
