Fix the dock you have.
Replacement brackets, bases, connectors and pipe, cast to last. A well-built dock should last for decades, but ice, storms and the odd boat strike take their toll. Most repairs come down to a few parts: replace the damaged ones and the rest of the dock keeps working.
What we replace most often
- Side and corner brackets that hold pipe legs to the frame: 1-1/2" pipe, 2" pipe, 4x4 wood
- Pipe bases and augers for legs that have sunk or shifted: pipe-leg hardware
- Brace brackets and clamps for a dock that sways or leans: pipe-leg hardware
- Floating dock connectors and hinges between sections or to a ramp: floating dock hardware
- Schedule 80 aluminum pipe for bent or cracked legs: request a pipe quote
- Ladders, swivels and mounting pads: ladders
Will it fit my dock?
Our 1-1/2" hardware fits standard 1-1/2" pipe (1.90" outside diameter) and our 2" hardware fits standard 2" pipe (2.375" outside diameter). Measure the outside of your existing pipe to check. Not sure? Email a photo of the part to sales@rdsdockhardware.com and we'll match it.
Inspect after ice-out
- Check legs and connectors for bends or cracks, including below the waterline.
- Look for loose fasteners where the deck has gone uneven.
- Brace any section that sways.
